How do I edit a service appointment?
To edit a service appointment, click the chevron to open additional details and then change the practitioner payment plan and any other information information once expanded.
How do I edit duration and price?
You can edit duration and price in line, using the boxes on the right hand side to type in your amounts.
How do I delete a service appointment?
To delete a service appointment, use the bin icon on the service appointment and then select which plan you want to move it to.
How do I move this to another plan?
Select the scissor icon, then choose which plan you would like to move this to.
How do I reorder treatment items and appointments?
Select the reorder mode at the bottom. Then, you can simply click and drag appointments into different positions as well as the individual treatment items. When you're done, click 'Finished reordering' to save your changes.
💡 Top tip: Remember, you can change the name of an appointment in the treatment plan, to make them easier to identify! Simply click the existing appointment name eg 'Appt. 1' and type in your chosen name.
📝 Please note: Only incomplete treatment items and appointments can be reordered this way. Once they are complete, they will be locked.
How do I add a booking date?
To add a booking date, select the pen icon and add booking notes in the text box. Everything else remains unchanged.
