In order to acquire images in Dentally Vision, there is a Google Chrome permission which must be enabled.
When logged into Dentally on Google Chrome, click the icon to the left of the Dentally URL in the Chrome search bar at the top of the page (two horizontal lines).
Next to 'Apps on device' in the list, turn the toggle on.
If you can't see the option there, click 'Site settings' and scroll down to 'Apps on device' and change to 'Allow'.
