How do I transfer images from EXAMINE Pro into a patient's record?
You can transfer a single image or a full batch from EXAMINE Pro into the patient record.
To export images from EXAMINE Pro:
You can export either a single image or multiple images using EXAMINE Pro’s built-in tools.
After launching Examine Pro from the Dentally Bridge on the required patient, go to 'File' > 'Export Picture' if exporting a single image.
If exporting multiple images, choose 'Export Picture Directory'.
In the export window:
Choose the desired file format from the 'Save as type' dropdown.
Select the destination folder on the left - make a note of where you put them!
Once ready, click 'Save' and the image will be saved to the selected location.
Now your images are ready to be uploaded into Dentally.
Once your images are exported and saved locally, you can upload them directly to a patient's record in Dentally.
Navigate to the patient’s 'Chart' screen and go to the 'Images' tab.
Click 'Upload new image'.
Fill in the relevant image details for accurate reporting if needed.
Use drag-and-drop or click to upload your image files from the folder where you saved them.
Click 'Save' once finished.
Your images are now safely stored in Dentally’s cloud and available wherever you work.
