Appointment Analysis by Period
Overview: This report provides a summary of appointment statistics over a specified period, showing key metrics such as appointment counts, attended rates, and no-shows.
Useful For: Tracking appointment trends over time, identifying peak appointment periods, and adjusting schedules to reduce no-shows and maximise attendance.
Appointment Diary
Overview: The Appointment Diary shows a comprehensive view of all scheduled appointments by day, provider, or location, making it easy to monitor and adjust bookings in real time.
Useful For: Efficiently managing daily schedules, identifying gaps or overlaps in bookings, and improving provider utilisation.
Appointments Created Summary
Overview: This report summarises all newly created appointments within a selected timeframe, broken down by provider and appointment type.

Patient Cancellation Details Report
Overview: This report lists all patient cancellations within a selected period, including reasons for cancellations if noted, helping you track and reduce lost appointment slots.
