You can use the below buttons to navigate to specific sections, or browse the whole Changelog at your leisure! ๐Ÿฆท

Key for your reference:

๐ŸŒŸ Improved, ๐Ÿ› Bug Fix, ๐Ÿ†• New, ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป Beta

All regions ๐ŸŒŽ

๐Ÿ†• New: Chart settings

This new feature allows you to configure the chart screen to your requirements, with a new settings icon (the cog symbol โš™๏ธ) in the tabs on your chart.

Introducing:

  • โ€˜Locked Chartโ€™ to help you stay focused

  • โ€˜Combined chartโ€™ for streamlined efficiency

  • โ€˜Hover Chartingโ€™, your customisable assistant

๐Ÿ†• New: Configurable hover chart

When using the hover chart, which provides quick access to tooth-specific treatments directly from the chart, youโ€™ll now be able to configure the treatments you would like to see while treatment planning or base charting.

๐Ÿ†• New: Dentally Vision 'Clinical History' sidebar

This feature will allow Dentally Vision users to easily view patient images in the 'Clinical history' sidebar at the same time as they are completing notes for the appointment.

๐Ÿ†• New: 12-hour time picker

If you prefer 12-hour time format when using Dentally, you can now enable the 12hr time picker when searching for appointments โ€“ to make it easier to find the right time when booking and editing appointments. Go to โ€˜My accountโ€™ > โ€˜Display optionsโ€™ and enable 'Try out the new 12-hour time pickerโ€™.

๐ŸŒŸ Improved: Longer Perio exam names

We have made it possible to add longer names to Perio exams, following feedback that longer names would enable users to label the exam with more useful information, as well as the exam type and date.

๐ŸŒŸ Improved: Utilisation chart navigation

You can now easily navigate from the practitioner utilisation chart to a day in the calendar by simply clicking the date at the top of the chart. This makes it easy to quickly check why a day may have low utilisation.

๐Ÿ› Bug Fix: We fixed a bug in the Radiograph export, where the CSV export did not include the Dentally Vision radiographs.

๐Ÿ› Bug Fix: Monetary amounts which are negative now show with the minus symbol before the currency symbol. This has been standardised across Dentally, so where before it may have shown as ยฃ-500.00, it will now show as -ยฃ500.00.

UK-specific ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

๐ŸŒŸ Improved: For HSC Northern Ireland only

We've added support for the rules governing fees for denture repairs, referred to as Provisos to Item 28. These rules will automatically cap the fees being claimed for denture repairs under specific circumstances. In order to take full advantage of this change, clinicians must be sure to use the new 2821U and 2821L code instead of the old 2821 code when taking impressions as part of the repair process.

๐ŸŒŸ Improved: For Scotland only

The 'Daybook' report for Scotland can now be exported in line with many of our other reports, helping you to extract the data you need from Dentally.

AU-specific ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ

๐Ÿ› Bug Fix: We fixed a few UI issues within the treatment plan when completing an estimate for health funds.

Dentally Portal ๐Ÿ“ฑ

๐Ÿ”œ Coming Soon: Emergency contact info and GP/doctor details capture

We're excited to announce the upcoming addition of emergency contact information capture. This update will seamlessly integrate into the new patient booking process and existing Patient Portal, simplifying the way patients input or update their emergency details.

We're also working on simplifying the GP/doctor capture process. This will be fully integrated into both the new patient booking process and the existing Patient Portal.

Designed to save time and further digitalise patient forms, these improvements aim to reduce administrative workload and minimise human error, to enable your practice to easily access crucial patient information.

Look out for these updates in the new patient booking process, the Patient Portal, and as part of our task reminders service.
