π New: Electronic payments now accept American Express
Our electronic payment system has now been enhanced to also accept American Express cards for a patient to make payment.
πImproved: Patient file header.
The Patient's date of birth and age display in the patient file header have been improved.
πImproved: Treatment plan tabs sequence.
Improve the sequence of treatment plan tabs in chart screen when a new plan is created.
πImproved: Clinical notes templates.
We have Improved performance when displaying Treatment Plan or Clinical Notes Templates.

Improved screen spacing for clinical notes entry.
πBug Fix: Multiple invoices.
Multiple invoices for the same patient on the same date will now show in the correct order without the need to refresh Dentally.
πBug Fix: Multisite location
Multi-site specific estimate template restriction fix. A bug was fixed which now restricts access to Estimate templates set to a specific location.
πBug Fix: The chart screen displays completed treatment plans.
A bug was fixed which caused recently completed treatment plans to be displayed in place of the option to create a new plan.
πBug Fix: Click chart to delete a treatment not allowing repeated treatments on the same surface or tooth.
A bug has been fixed whereby a user applying a treatment that already exists on a tooth or surface was forced to delete the treatment. The second treatment is now chartable using a right click.
πBug Fix: Archive treatments.
We fixed an issue displaying archived treatments in the chart screen.
πBug Fix: Dentally Chat
We identified and improved chat stability.
πBug Fix: Changing location on the calendar with rooms
A bug has been fixed which caused the opening and closing times of a practice to display incorrectly when switching calendar locations in rooms multi-day view.

πImproved: NHS Claims Report.
For Level 2 users, the NHS Claims report will no longer show the practitioner select option, as these users can only see their own claims.
πBug Fix: Fix unlock NHS Scotland Prior Approval option
There was an issue with the option to unlock a submitted NHS Scotland Prior Approval where a manual response has been received.

π New: Coming Soon - Routine Appointment Action Cards
We are excited to announce an upcoming feature designed to streamline the patient booking process for routine dental and hygiene appointments. Patients nearing the time for their next route appointment will receive a concise and clear action card on the Portal prompting them to schedule their appointment. This enhancement aims to simplify and expedite the online booking experience for routine check-ups.
π New: Added therapist as an approved role for NHS PR form signing
Patients who are attending an appointment with a therapist are now able to sign the NHS FP17 PR form.
π New: Coming Soon - Moving to a new URL
Dentally Portal will be soon migrating all current .dentr.net or secure.dentr.co.uk ending URL's to a portal.dental ending URL for any communications using merge tags or sent via Task Reminders. This change will mean shorter URL's within SMS messages and a .dental URL specific to the dental industry, helping boost patient confidence in Portal services.
πImproved: Patient app loading
Performance enhancements for loading the patient app have been made.
πImproved: NHS PR logic changes
We have refined the logic within our rules engine to more accurately identify patients who need to sign an NHS FP17 PR form before their appointment. This update aims to reduce the number of paper forms needed, streamlining the process for both your patients and your practice.
