How to import images with Dentally Vision

Importing images to Dentally through Dentally Vision is done in a similar way to acquiring images; we just choose a different acquisition source.

Importing images into Dentally Vision

  • Click acquire images on the chart screen.

  • Choose the desired treatment item you wish to upload from the list on the left.

  • Set the teeth you want the uploaded image to be saved.

Use acquire images

  • Choose the acquisition method under the task to perform, and set this to import from a file.

  • Click Acquire image at the bottom of the screen.

  • Choose the image you wish to upload from your file select screen and click open.

  • Once uploaded, this will save against the current course of treatment with today's date and be marked as complete.

    or

Use Import Images

  • Click over to the import images tab.

  • Select either Completed Procedure to upload images with today's date or Exisiting Procedure to set a specific date against the uploaded image.

    • Meaning you can backdate imported images against your patients.

  • Once you are ready, click Acquire image

  • Then choose the image you wish to upload from your file select screen and click open.

  • Once uploaded, this will save onto the chart screen with the date you have set ready for you to complete the treatment plan.
