How to import images with Dentally Vision

Importing images to Dentally Vision

Chart your item as normal and choose 'Acquire Images'.

Double check the correct imaging procedure is selected and choose the teeth you want the uploaded image to be assigned to.

Set your acquisition source to 'Import from file' and select 'Acquire images' at the bottom of the screen.

Your file explorer will open for you to navigate to the image you wish to upload - please note this must be accessible locally on your computer to be uploaded.

Once uploaded, this will save against the current course of treatment with today's date and be marked as complete.

Importing and backdating an image with Dentally Vision

Instead of choosing the acquisition source of 'Import from file' Simply select the 'Import Images' tab.

Select either 'Completed Procedure' to upload images with today's date or 'Existing Procedure' whilst allows you to set a specific date against the uploaded image - meaning you can accurately backdate your uploaded x-rays.

Once you are ready, click 'Acquire images' and choose the image you wish to upload from your file select screen and click 'Open'. This will save the image to the cloud and be accessible in the same way as all your other Dentally Vision images via the 'Cloud Gallery'.
