You will now receive a notification when another user assigns you a task. Additionally, the number of tasks due today or that have past their due date is displayed on the Task List menu icon. Dentally Portal
๐ New: Appointment Vertical Scroll
The new vertical availability scroll makes it easy for patients to find available appointments. The scroll displays a list of available appointments in a vertical column, making it easier to scan for the best time and date. It also now skips days with 0 availability and for dental and hygiene appointments, it jumps to a date near to the patients recall due date.
๐ Improved: Making required forms more visible to patients
Sometimes, patients are not engaging with the action cards displayed in the Portal. This means the patient is likely to not complete the required forms. In order to get more patients opening forms, we're experimenting with the colour of these action cards.
๐ Improved: Dynamic consultation category descriptions
We've moved away from a fixed description of the consultations category. We now smartly detect which consultations you have active and use those as the description. Helping patients navigate to the correct category and booking their appointment online.
๐Improved: Postcode is now an optional sign up field for Ireland ๐ฎ๐ช
We know that not all patients in Ireland know their Eircode, therefore we've made this field on the sign up registration form optional and not mandatory. Allowing more new patients to book and register at your practice.
๐Improved: Showing patients required forms immediately after booking
Sometimes booking an appointment doesn't mean the patient is ready for their appointment. So as a way of getting more patients ready by completing their forms online. We now show the required forms as action cards immediately after the patient books an appointment.
๐Improved: Helping patients navigate back to the portal
Our appointment cancellation and confirmation emails didn't include a link to the Portal. To make it easier for patients to find their way back, we've added in a button to the template. Allowing patients to quickly navigate back to the Portal for booking new appointments and managing their existing appointments.
