We are in the process of improving the report, to include an "Other Plans " column for payment plans not already shown in the report. This will make the report easier to read and additionally, the totals column will reflect all money moving through the practice regardless of the payment plan.

π Improved: New NHS Claims Screens
Our new NHS Claims screens for England and Wales are here! After lots of consultation with our English and Welsh NHS practices, we have released our re-designed screens to aid with the process of sending NHS claims quickly and accurately.
π Improved: Welsh NHS ACORN Examination workflow improvements
Our Welsh NHS users asked us and we listened. Sending ACORN assessment details has been made easier by allowing the NHS required details to be recorded against a treatment plan item at the point of assessment.
π Improved: Dentally banner improvements and colour palette changes
Our new banner at the top of Dentally is changing. We've redesigned our banner to be clearer, more accessible to all and easier to use - you will see this update soon! In addition, we have made improvements to our colour palette throughout the app to improve accessibility and clarity.
π Improved: NHS Contracts alphabetical order in the UDA and NHS Claims reports
Selecting a contract when filtering these reports is now easier - the displayed contracts are now in alphabetical order.
AUSTRALIA
π COMING SOON: Claim Level Discounts
We are going to be introducing claim level discounts, that allow the practice to apply discounts to the claim in the post-claim screen.
π New: Bank Transfer Payment Method
We have added the more generic 'Bank Transfer' to the Payment Method options to replace BACS which isn't used in Australia. This has also been added to the Takings Report filter. Australian practices will no longer be able to select BACS as a payment method for a new payment, but will be able to select 'Bank Transfer'.
πImproved: Reporting updates
We have removed NHS references from reports and updated payment plan options to make the reports more localised.
πImproved: HICAPS error messages
We have added better, more descriptive error messages for when any process involving HSO Connect fails in Dentally e.g. electronic payments, health fund claims, or estimates.

NEW ZEALAND
