Please find below the changelog for October 2019 which summarises our latest product developments and updates.

πŸ†• New: COMING SOON: Chat. We are delighted to unveil our plans for a new simple and secure message capability within our software, which allows you to chat easily with members of your team as part of a commitment to reduce the administrative burden. This is currently in Beta test and if you would like to learn more read our blog: https://blog.dentally.co/coming-soon-chat

πŸ†• New: Update: NHS Scotland Ortho. We are continuing our integration development for e-Ortho in Scotland, we have undertaken the first stage testing and are on schedule for beta testing in November. We will continue to update you in the coming weeks.

πŸ†• New: Imaging Bridge. We have introduced support for another imaging bridge: Sidexis 4. If you would like more details or for help setting this up, please contact the support team.

πŸ†• New: NHS Scotland Fees. The new fees for NHS Scotland have been added to Dentally ready for the November update.

🌟 Improved: Waiting Lists: We have added some improvements to the Waiting Lists functionality to enhance how this works. These include:

  • when an appointment is marked as completed, cancelled or did not attend then the waiting list entry is automatically updated accordingly

  • it's now possible to unlink an appointment from the waiting list. This is useful if the wrong appointment was linked to the waiting list by mistake

  • adding new filters to search/sort the report and the inclusion of patients age/exemption.

πŸ› Fixed: An issue that prevented non-practitioners from creating NHS referrals when using the Rego integration

πŸ› Fixed: iPad App: An issue with iOS 13.1 meant that estimates weren't fully expanded and only took up a small portion of the available space.

PLEASE NOTE: We have updated the minimum and recommended system requirements which now removes Windows 7, as Microsoft will cease supporting this version in January 2020.
